We offer tailored small group studio sessions (60 minutes) using a range of traditional Joseph Pilates inspired equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels). In order to provide the best possible service to our clients, each new client is booked in for 1-2 private initial consultations. This gives the instructor and client a chance to discuss goals and issues and, following a postural analysis and introductory workout, allows the instructor to tailor a personal program for the client to take into the small group sessions.
Studio memberships also include access to our Functional Strength program (45 minutes). Functional Strength sessions combine resistance training with high intensity work and mobility to directly enhance the performance of daily life activities.
All Studio sessions requiree an initial consultation.
