Mat Pilates is a great way to strengthen and stretch your body, primarily engaging the muscles of the core. This methodology was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s and is practiced the world over today.
At Super Movement we offer group matwork classes of all ages and fitness levels. In these sessions you will learn a variety of traditional and contemporary pilates movement patterns to help you improve your strength, balance, alignment and mindfulness. Exercises are performed at various levels and can be a fun and challenging way to help you to keep moving.
