- MAT PILATES -




Small group matwork classes (60 minutes) are provided to all ages and fitness levels. In these sessions you will learn a variety of traditional and contemporary pilates movement patterns to help you improve your strength, balance, alignment and mindfulness. Exercises are performed at various levels and can be a fun and challenging way to help you to keep moving. Mat Pilates memberships can also be combined with Express Movement.  Mat Pilates membership also includes access to our Express Movement sessions (30 minutes), where there is more focus on functional movement and weight training, combined with classic Pilates principles

​​- STUDIO PILATES -


We also offer tailored small group studio sessions (60 minutes) using a range of traditional Joseph Pilates inspired equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels). In order to provide the best possible service to our clients, each new client is booked in for 1-2 private initial consultations. This gives the instructor and client a chance to discuss goals and issues and, following a postural analysis and introductory workout, allows the instructor to tailor a personal program for the client to take into the small group sessions. Studio memberships also include access to our Functional Strength program (45 minutes).  Functional Strength sessions combine resistance training with high intensity work and mobility to directly enhance the performance of daily life activities.

- KIDS & TEENS -


We offer fitness programs for 7 - 12 and 12 - 15 year olds. Our programs focus on strength training with correct movement patterns. Our training methods help to build strong foundation of strength and overall fitness, directly applicable to daily life.  We believe that starting a program of strength training at a young age has lasting benefits...and it's also a lot of fun!
