We offer fitness programs for 7 - 12 and 12 - 15 year olds. Our kids fitness programs focus on strength training with correct movement patterns. Our training methods help to build strong foundation of strength and overall fitness, directly applicable to daily life. We believe that starting a program of strength training at a young age has lasting benefits...and it's also a lot of fun!
$21 for one session or $32 for 2 sessions
Our KidsFit program is designed for 7 - 12 year old kids to improve strength needed for growing bones, increase fitness levels and coordination, and improve mental wellbeing. Our sessions can help already active kids with their other sporting skills. It also builds the foundations towards achieving and maintaining an active lifestyle.
KidsFit sessions are 45 minutes of moving in fun and challenging ways.
Our TeenFit program is designed for 12 - 15 year olds and focuses on correct movement patterns in a safe and challenging way. Whether your child moves less as they move into this phase of their life or if your child wants to improve their strength and fitness in order to compliment an existing training schedule, TeenFit is for them.
TeenFit sessions are 45 minutes of moving in controlled, fun and challenging ways.
